The Truth You have been looking for
The world of Mold people and "yes", we use the word "people" not professionals, as you will run into more people than professionals out there who will talk to you about Mold...
And Some of Those "People"
Will Claim to be "Professionals"
Don't Let them fool you.
The Warning Signs that you are talking to the wrong person about Mold.
1. They start to talk to you about the health hazards
of Mold all most right away. A real professional will
tell you to see your Dr. to get a blood test and
an examination. They may even have the name of a
Toxicologist or a good lab to get tested at. But
trying to scare you about you or your children's
health.... throw them out of your home!
2. They tell you, "You've got the "BAD MOLD" or you've
got the "BAD STUFF". No one knows that without a
lot of testing, again a scare tactic, ask them to leave.
3. The guy who says, "I've never seen Mold like this
before"... If he hasn't seen Mold like this before...
Wrong guy, get someone who has.
4. Then there's the "Secret". Don't tell anyone you've
got this Mold problem, you'll never be able to sell
your house. The less people who know the better.
We'll take care of it.... Yes, they will take care of
it and your wallet too... tell them you want everyone
to know because you an honest person, and then
ask them to leave.
5. Then there's the opposite of Mr. Secret, there's Mr.
I'll "REPORT YOU"...
I'll report you to the:
CDC, the Department of Health, The EPA, Code
Enforcement and the list goes on. If someone says
they'll report you for having mold in your home...
report them to the BBB or the Police they are as
crooked as they come.
If you are a landlord or anyone in a position to be liable for the damages of Mold to other persons or property, "yes' those people who you are doing harm to can report you and may get some results you might not like.
